We offer free trials for eligible UK schools so you can test the device in real classroom or reception settings. If you decide not to proceed, the device can be returned within 30 days — we only ask that it is returned in good working condition, with no significant damage. No specialist training is required. The device is extremely user-friendly — just turn it on, select the languages, and speak. We include a step-by-step printed guide and optional video tutorials, and we’re happy to provide a short onboarding session for schools that order bundles.
